NOTICE OF DATA EVENT

On February 14, 2024, The John-Richard Collection, LLC (“John-Richard”) became aware of suspicious activity affecting systems within our network. We promptly responded and launched an investigation to confirm the nature and scope of the incident and restore impacted computer systems to operability. Although John-Richard has no evidence of any misuse or fraud in connection with this incident, John-Richard is notifying those individuals whose information was potentially accessed in the system at the time of the incident.  The types of information that may have been impacted includes Social Security number, financial account information, payment card information, and passport number.

Potentially impacted individuals may also find information regarding identity theft, fraud alerts, security freezes and the steps they may take to protect their information by contacting the credit bureaus, the Federal Trade Commission or their state Attorney General.
