NOTICE OF DATA EVENT
On February 14, 2024, The John-Richard Collection, LLC (“John-Richard”) became aware of suspicious activity affecting systems within our network. We promptly responded and launched an investigation to confirm the nature and scope of the incident and restore impacted computer systems to operability. Although John-Richard has no evidence of any misuse or fraud in connection with this incident, John-Richard is notifying those individuals whose information was potentially accessed in the system at the time of the incident. The types of information that may have been impacted includes Social Security number, financial account information, payment card information, and passport number.

John-Richard encourages potentially impacted individuals to remain vigilant against incidents of identity theft and fraud, to review account statements, and to monitor their credit reports and explanation of benefits forms for suspicious activity. The relevant contact information is below:
